Challenge yourself to get closer to 'your' splits

Improve your hip flexion and extension to improve your performance, flexibility, strength and range of motion. It's not a race, it's a journey.

There are 30 days of programming aimed to improve hamstring and hip flexor flexibility, range of motion and strength.

You do not have to be able to to the splits at all to participate, and you do not have to be flat to the floor by the end to have succeeded. In fact you don't even have to want to do the splits to gain benefit from this programme.

The programme consists of a short practice every day that will last for 10-30 minutes and involves a combination of yoga, Pilates, muscle energy techniques and other creative and functional activities.

You can do this anywhere and will involve minimal equipment, although equipment is not necessary to participate as you can use household items as replacements. Items that you'll need: blocks or books, anything that can raise your hips, a foam roller, cushions, a bolster, a blanket, a belt or towel and something that slides, like a cd case.

Coaching throughout the course is very detailed, clear and thought provoking. You will have access to a Private Facegroup Group where you can ask questions, as well as receive motivation and accountability, for when you need it.

Improving hamstring and hip flexor flexibility, range of motion and strength will not just give you a party trick, but can improve performance in sporting activities, reduce your risk of injury and just generally help your body to feel fantastic. The classes are cleverly created with biomechanical logic, so your body gets the best possible results in the safest way possible.

Little and often is the trick. I cannot guarantee you will go from not being able to do the splits to being flat on the floor in 30 days, but the idea is to make improvements and to learn the skills to continually progress.
